Single and group coaching

In coaching, the spotlight will be on problem solving, creativity and self-transformation. I will be your sparring partner, your helping hand, or simply a person that gives you the time and space to focus on yourself. We will work as equals. I will pose questions, spur you on, inspire you, and provide tangible advice for any health concerns. We will use various tools from the systemic solution-focused therapy approach according to Steve de Shazer. These include: life line, check of resources, change of perspective, logical levels model, SMART goals, progressive muscle relaxation, deep relaxation, and mindfulness training, as well as others.
